David S. Baggins is a University pre-law advisor and the author of three books:
Knowledge as Power: the Political and Legal Control of Information;
The Question of Privacy in Public Policy; and
Drug Hate and the Corruption of American Justice.
He has twice served as visiting faculty for the University of Pittsburgh's
Semester at Sea program. In this capacity, he lectured on world affairs
aboard a ship on a world tour.
He holds a Ph.D. in Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship
and Public Affairs and a J.D. from the Syracuse University College of Law.
