Here is a listing of all past, present and future activities for the Political Science Club for 2005-2006

Fright Fest 2005 On October 31st, in conjunction with the Student Coalition, the Political Science Club worked to spread the word about the “Special Election” and disseminate information about the proposals on the ballot.

Social Mixer—Fall 2005 On November 1st, the members of the Political Science Club met at Buffalo Bills in downtown Hayward to share a commentary about the election and political ideals over food and refreshments. It was a welcome break from the studying for midterms.

Guest Speakers—International Education Week During International Education Week, the Political Science Club is sponsoring two guest speakers to come in and talk about running for office and campaigning. Ellen Corbett, who is running for State Senate, and her campaign manager, Marivic Tolentino will be on campus on November 18th (Marivic) and the 21st (Ellen). Keith Gouveia will be hosting both speakers during his Political Parties and Campaign class.

Social Mixer—Winter 2005 A welcome back celebration after the holidays. Come join the Political Science for some after hours conversation and information on whatever political matters seem to be on your mind.

End Of YEAR Party—Congrats Graduates The end of year party is what most graduates can’t wait to see.
