Scholarships

Every year, the Department of Music offers scholarships to new and continuing music majors (undergraduate, graduate, and transfers). Click on the appropriate link above for forms and information for each type of scholarship offered.

New Student Scholarships

Students who audition on Audition Weekend will automatically be considered for scholarships. Scholarships are awarded to students who demonstrate exceptional skill in their performance medium. Only those students who audition on the specified audition dates will be considered for scholarships. See: [Auditions for Prospective Music Majors]

Continuing Student Scholarships

In May of each academic year, the Department of Music accepts applications from continuing students (currently enrolled music majors at CSU East Bay) seeking to be considered for a scholarship for the coming academic year.
The application deadline for 2012-13 Continuing Student Scholarships has passed.
