Welcome
Welcome to the Media Center for Music Technology (MCMT) homepage! Located in MB 2525 the MCMT acts as the hub for music technology learning and activity in the CSUEB Department of Music. During the 2005-2006 academic year the lab received a major boost in its equipment offerings, adding new hardware and software for electronic music making, film/video scoring, music notation and publication, and music curricular development. Additionally, some computer stations in the MCMT feature the same high-end software used in the recording booth in 1055 (Recital Hall) allowing students to bring in and master their own recordings in order to produce quality demos and representations of their music.
