FILIPINO-BRITSH RELATIONS: A PERSONAL EXPERIENCE

Ricardo L. Singson, Ph.D.

Dr. Singson completed his doctoral studies at the University of Washington, Seattle, and joined the faculty of the College of Business and Economics at California State University, East Bay in September 1971. Together with Dean Alan Smith, NVM Gonzalez, and Dr. Efren Padilla, Dr. Singson co-founded the Center for Filipino Studies and served as its first Director.
