MISSION STATEMENT The Journal of Ethnic Studies is an interdisciplinary and student-centered and seeks to provide a forum for a range of voices and alternative points of view. While the journal welcomes submissions from anyone who has something to say and the ability to express it in creative and scholarly terms, it exists primarily as a much-needed avenue of creative access for serious and highly literate CSU students and alumni. The philosophical bent of the journal is simple: to contribute to a body of knowledge that can enhance our understanding of the increasingly multiracial and multicultural world in which we live. |
