William Dinehart

Our Ant-tique Perspective

Work with your head down
And follow the leader
Get it accomplished
It's important to succeed

The ants toil without thinking
Never pausing to fail
Compelled by their nature
To contribute their all

And above them is our world
Ignoring what's theirs
Only sometimes some noting
That the ants are still there

In the end what do they do
That makes any difference?
The community is everything
And Chaos but a footstep away

Michael Dinehart received his post-secondary education at Brigham Young University and the University of Maryland and he comes to us after a career of public service at the State and Federal level. He currently serves as the Division Analyst for the CSU East Bay Division of Student Affairs. As a regular contributor to the campus paper, the Pioneer, and as a member on a number of campus-wide committees, the University benefits from his dedication to a students first philosophy, a sometimes caustic wit and an often unique perspective.
