Lab Policies

CSUEB technology resources are provided for students, faculty, and staff to pursue academic research.

• No eating or drinking in the Lab.
• The lab is for use by registered students. Be prepared to show your student identification card with NetID.
• Visitors are expected to abide by the CSUEB Acceptable Computing Use Policy.
• Do not connect other computers or equipment to the lab computers nor to the network cables in the lab (except you may connect your personal earphones). If you have special needs, consult the Lab Assistants or the Lab Manager.
• The use of campus resources for personal or commercial gain is prohibited.
• Please be courteous to other users by talking quietly and only when necessary. If you need a break or if you need to carry on an extended conversation, please step outside.
• The lab is for the preparation and printing of course-related material.
• Laser printers are available. Black printing is ten cents per page and color printing is sixty cents per page. Print cards may be purchased in the Library, the snack room in Warren Hall, and other locations on campus. Unreleased print jobs are automatically deleted after 12 hours.
