Soyohim Plaza Dances

Ka-e, one of the many Corn Dance Kachinas, is popular
in the songs and dances of the Hopi. He is the prayer for the fruition of the corn
and he can appear in almost every dance. Plant Kachina dances bring water; if there
is no water, there are no plants and no plants means no Hopi. This makes the Corn
Dance Kachinas very important to the Hopi.
